Do I need a new phone number?
On the $96 plan we buy you a second one automatically, and email it to you. Your business number does not change — not on your truck, not on Google, not ever.
Does it take over my line?
No. You set your carrier's conditional forwarding — usually *71* or *61* then the new number — so only calls you don't answer roll over. Two minutes to switch on, two minutes to switch off.
What if I do answer?
Nothing happens — the AI never hears the call. Forwarding only fires when your phone rings out, is busy, or is off.
What about after hours?
